I do not sell hours of conversation. You are not paying for me to sit with you on a call and come up with loose ideas. You are paying for brutal clarity: what blocks the result, where the company is losing money and what needs to be fixed first.
Sometimes 15 minutes is enough to see a problem the team has not seen for months. Sometimes it takes 2 hours to take apart the website, offer, sales, SEO, ads, processes and operating model.
